You may not use NameForge to:

- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use automated tools to generate excessive requests that strain or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

Names and words generated by the AI through NameForge are provided to you for your use. We make no claim of ownership over generated names. However, because the same name could be generated for multiple users, we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any generated name.
You are responsible for conducting your own trademark searches and legal checks before commercially using any generated name. NameForge makes no warranties regarding the availability, registrability, or uniqueness of any generated name.
5. AI-Generated Content
NameForge uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate names and content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated names are produced algorithmically and may occasionally produce results similar to existing names, brands, or trademarks
- NameForge does not guarantee that any generated name is free from existing trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property claims
- You are solely responsible for verifying the availability and appropriateness of any name before using it commercially
- The "meanings" and "origins" provided for generated names are AI interpretations and may not be linguistically or etymologically precise
- Generated content reflects the AI model's outputs and does not represent the views or opinions of NameForge
💡 Recommended: Before trademarking or legally registering any name generated by NameForge, conduct a professional trademark search through the appropriate registry in your country (e.g. USPTO in the USA, IP Australia, or the EUIPO in Europe).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

- Any generated name is free of existing trademark or intellectual property claims

7. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Costs of procuring substitute services
- Any damages arising from your use of a name generated by the Service
- Any trademark infringement claims resulting from use of generated names
- Service interruptions or data loss
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months (which, given the Service is free, would be zero).
8. Advertising
NameForge displays advertisements through Google AdSense to fund the free Service. By using NameForge, you agree to the display of advertisements. You acknowledge that:
- Advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies
- We do not endorse any products or services advertised through Google AdSense

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
If you are using the Service from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
